How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Sharpdiscover Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Sharpdiscover Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Sharpdiscover Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@sharpdiscover.lat and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
